Last night we were eating dinner at a restaurant when a man came in wearing an Elmo shirt. Yes, a grown man. In his defense, he was carrying a gift and went to a table where a family with a boy who looked about four-ish was seated, so I'm assuming he wore it to please the birthday kid. Maybe not. Maybe he's just weird, or maybe he's very cheap & found it in the 'donate' bin at church or something.
Anyway, Z took one look at this guy and spontaneously burst into song:
"la-laa la-la, la-laa la-la, Elmo shirt, Elmo shirt!"

That is funny. Glad she didn't try to tickle him.
This is too funny. Our whole family has fallen under the spell of Elmo. I'm not sure what sort of subliminal mumbo-jumbo they're using, but we're all hooked. Last night, the three of us went to Target and spent the evening walking up and down the aisles singing "lala-lala, lala-lala, QiuQiu's world...."
Naturally, Q thinks this is great, but the scary part is that Mike and I are equally as smitten.
My husband owns an Elmo shirt....it says "Tickle This." I know, he's a perv.
We used to always sing "Lina's World"! She still thinks its her world.
